Carefree Weekend
I should say I have a rather carefree weekend. Saturaday morning, Mr and I had a on-the-go Macdonald burger breakfast while driving to Dr Fong's clinic to see Baby Dy. We went home after getting all my supplements from GNC. Lazed around the whole afternoon when Mr went out to work. Pulled myself off the bed to cook dinner before he is home. Menu: Cabbage mushroom soup Steamed prawns with egg Pan-fried fish nuggets I know it is a very simple spread. What do you expect from a pregnant chef, right? But most importantly, Mr likes it! My steamed prawns was a great success. Sunday, Mr promised to bring me to Ikea for my favourite breakfast. And we reached the place like 9.30am! Wah... the queue was already building up by then! We shared the corissant set, mee goreng and a small plate of jui kueh! *nice!* Headed home and finished up my "Ghost Whisper Seasson 4" in the whole afternoon when Mr went out to work. Mr was home around 5pm and we headed out for dinner at Junction 8 foodcourt. Oh! the western food stall's Cajun Chicken Set was not bad... But Mr was complaining that it is too expensive... haha. That's my slow going weekend. But my next weekend is near too because I took leave on Thursday and will be heading to a nice and simple chalet outing with Mr and our friends! Yeah!
